First-rate iOS development is critical within our next-generation medical imaging and machine-vision technology, and we are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to help our engineering team take it to the next level.
You will be working on our flagship app in the App Store which is used to monitor and care for the wounds of over 100,000 patients a month, via 15,000 health care facilities around the world. We have built native iOS apps and have an established code base, so this an opportunity to help improve the products’ ability to help our doctors and heal our patients.
Specifically, you’ll be:-Building iOS components using Interface Builder;
-Developing UI and networking portions of our flagship iOS app;
-Documenting requirements, architectures and designs for healthcare regulatory compliance;
-Providing time estimates to the Mobile Team Lead and Product team;
-Assisting the QA team with the development of test cases;
-This position works within a collaborative team that believes in the value of craftmanship in our code. A certain amount of independence is expected, but there is excellent technology leadership around here, and lots of opportunities to learn and gain experience in cool areas like computer vision and encryption.
Must Have Skills:
-At least 5 years of experience with iOS;
-At least 7 years of experience working in a Software development environment;
-Proficient with Swift language, Xcode toolchain, Instruments, Git, etc;
-Experience creating dynamic libraries with CocoaPods;
-Experience with UIViewController transitions and container hierarchies, custom UIControls, storyboards, autolayout constraints, gesture recognizers, Core Data, NSURLSession;
-Comfortable taking direction on system architecture and delivering code and documents that meet a specification;
-College or university degree in a computer discipline.
