Job Description

***Summary:

Our global software client delivers products, content, and online services across a wide spectrum of platforms.

The Security Director will partner with key leaders within the organization to provide direction, vision, and oversight to the Security Team. You will be accountable for security within your division, own the application security product roadmap, development, and operations. You will oversee a variety of disciplines for security, including data science, software security, quality engineering, and anti-fraud. Partnering closely with partner teams, centralized security teams, and executives, you will ensure cohesive execution of an overall roadmap with rapid response to emergent needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Leads the creation of game security roadmap which considers key Security posture deficiencies, business constraints, stakeholders’ objectives, and then lead execution against the roadmap
Builds and evolves an effective team; identifies resourcing needs, provides challenges and development opportunities to ensure that all employees reach their full potential and continuously develop their security knowledge and skills
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with immediate team, partner teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects, and game security posture improvements
Conduct and lead systematic and comprehensive cyber-risk assessments and provide pragmatic and actionable recommendation within the relevant business context
Maintains regular communication with project team, partner teams and executive stakeholders
Oversees Security events and coaches the team on adhering to the Security Incident response lifecycle
Oversees Security Operations processes and drive the team to measure their effectiveness and continuously improve and adapt


Must Have Skills:

***Requirements:

Strong background and knowledge of Application-Security including best practices and industry standards
Knowledge and understanding of Infrastructure Security and Fraud
Extensive experience in project management and/or product management
Extensive experience in team leadership and people management
Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization


Nice to Have Skills:

University degree or equivalent professional experience
CISSP or CISM certified, or willingness to attain one of them within 12 months.
Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment with the occasional off-hours incident response and up to 10% travel
Interest in football (Soccer) and/or video games, preferably
