Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, communication and execution of both out-of-the-box and custom solutions and services to our enterprise clients. The candidate will be responsible for the overall execution of deliverables to clients alongside sales, architects, and product teams. This role is customer facing and is the main point of contact for our customers with respect to the delivery of their digital wealth platform.

· Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
· Establish and implement training processes and strategies for our clients
· Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
· Hold regular client facing meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
· Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
· Proactively identify project roadblocks and determine effective communication and mitigation plan
· Creation and administration of Statements of Work, Change Requests, and Resource and Capacity Plans

Must Have Skills:

Required Experience & Skills
· Managing technical projects such as software and/or SaaS implementations
· Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
· Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
· Working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
· Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to provide updates to all levels
· Demonstrate planning, influencing, negotiating, and conflict management skills
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
· Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
· Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises

· Post-secondary degree/diploma in business, computer science, information systems, or other relevant field.
· Professional Project Management Certification (PMP) from accredited intuition preferred or equivalent
· Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
