Job Description

Seeking an accomplished Senior Product Marketing professional to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive initiatives for our enterprise and mid market products.

You will join a rapidly-growing team and have the opportunity to shape and develop the positioning and marketing for The Organization's suite of solutions. You will work closely with and across Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.

This role requires an analytical marketer who consistently adjusts based on market conditions and feedback from customers. As an owner, you will not only define the product marketing strategy, you will also need to be strong in execution and development of marketing materials, including collateral, social, case studies, training, and external blog posts.

Responsibilities
●Own go to market and adoption strategies across The Organization
●Identify target customers, their needs, and how our products will meet those needs through surveys, interviews, and product usage
●Develop value proposition and messaging frameworks, and drive articulation of product positioning, aligned to customer goals
●Work closely with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on feedback from customers and competitive positioning
●Maintain and communicate the customer facing product roadmap
●Create compelling sales collateral to drive adoption
●Conduct adoption analysis and develop recommendations for growth & retention initiatives


Must Have Skills:

Qualifications
●6+ years experience in product marketing
●A strong bias to action
●Fanatical attention to detail
●Excellent communication skills and clear customer focus
●Strong data-informed decision-making and experience in distilling complex, analytically dense products into client-facing solutions
●Demonstrated experience and ability in driving product positioning & value prop development
●Ability to synthesize advertising customer needs to improve customer experience
●Ability to create compelling sales collateral and marketing materials


Nice to Have Skills:

●An understanding of financial services & experience in B2B enterprise product marketing
●Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to try different things with minimal direction
●Quick decision-making ability demonstrating under tight timing and pressure
●Experience with managing product roadmaps and implementing scaled processes
