Job Description

As the product manager, platform will deliver high-quality products that customers and internal stakeholders love! Youíll bring strong analytical ability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a technical or engineering background, and the ability to drive decisions across multiple stakeholders.

Most importantly, you will be able to develop strong empathy for the end-consumer. This will help you evaluate when and what technology partners are needed to help our customers execute their tasks without friction.

In this role, youíll build productive relationships with different cross-functional teams and have a high degree of autonomy. A product manager focuses on the end to end product development cycle with the autonomy to develop, research, and deliver a complete solution to the market.

You may also be called upon when it comes to working with third parties, whether itís evaluating APIs and capabilities, mapping out integration plans or evaluating different technology options. You may also be able to uniquely assist in competitive analysis, given your deeper understanding of how products actually work behind the scenes.

You need to be a strong team player, help build value-based product roadmaps to create a best in class experience, and manage the prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and time-to-market.

Role Description
‒Ability to build partnerships with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance and operations as well as the other product teams
‒Understand, research and follow technology trends and make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage
‒Know when to build buy or partner, evaluate potential partners, create evaluation criteria, meet with vendors and their technology teams and determine the best fit for The Company and our customers
‒Dive deep into the domain by researching the market, meeting with customers and customer-facing teams, understand their goals, pain points and where customers are struggling to maximize their business
‒Quantify the value delivered and potential revenue, savings, CSAT (building loyalty to prevent churn) and pricing/vendor agreement pricing impacts
‒Assess and address technical risks
‒Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms and automated systems
‒Break down initiatives into smaller actionable hypotheses and experiments to validate value delivery
‒Balance driving your agile team to get meaningful work done while doing discovery and planning for the next most important work
‒Evaluate and provide input on trade-offs for new features, work with stakeholders to provide feasible options
‒Be the teamís primary aligner of priorities, product decisions and implications, ensure all levels of the org understand and are in sync
