Job Description

Our client partner is looking for a Sales Operations and Strategy Manager to lead a number of key initiatives supporting our enterprise clients. Youíll help drive collaboration between their Inside Sales team and Account Executives by being the heart of the Growth team with an emphasis on data-backed sales operations, being instrumental in supporting their quickly growing Sales organization.

Youíll be working on:
●Managing monthly & quarterly forecasting, quota setting, and commission calculations processes
●Empowering our sales leaders to make data-driven decisions and equipping them with actionable insights on sales performance
●Increasing sales productivity by nurturing the teamís growth to make a positive impact on their performance KPIs and growth targets
●Driving collaboration within the sales teams to support clean handoffs between internal and external stakeholders
●Always thinking of creative ways to improve the sales function and opening up new pathways

Must Have Skills:

●4+ years of Sales Operations experience within a B2B SaaS company
●A strong knowledge of Salesforce using dashboards, reports, custom report types, calculated fields, process builder and flows
●Confidence project managing Territory, Quota and Commission processes with a keen eye for detail and a knack for multi-tasking
●Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management
●A love for problem-solving & business logic with a passion for challenging & being challenged

Nice to Have Skills:

●SFDC certification(s)
●Excellent grasp of Excel including sumifs, countifs, index/match, vlookups, and pivots
