Our client is a publicly traded gaming company that specializes in video games and e-sports. They reach over 50 million gamers monthly via their own digital media properties and live events with unique, curated, and user-generated posts across websites, digital properties and social media channels world wide. They also own and operate Canada's largest gaming expo!
They are currently seeking a Senior Prebid Developer to join their Ad Tech team who will be responsible for building their next generation monetization suite. Working collaboratively as part of an Agile value-driven environment, you will apply your expert understanding of header bidding and Google Ad Manager to significantly improve our programmatic display and video monetization technology across our suite of digital properties. The code you write will be used by millions of people per month and will have an immediate and visible impact on our users and our business.
What You Will Do:
Test and optimize - Ad code needs to be constantly updated and tweaked depending on the web property and in response to web site, market, and audience changes. You will be responsible for A/B testing your code to ensure the monetization is fully optimized, as well as helping the team architect and build our next generation A/B testing system which will be powered by edge computing.
Mentor other developers - You will multiply the impact of your technical expertise by mentoring other developers, bringing not only our tech to the next level, but also helping bring our team to the next level.

Must Have Skills:
5+ years experience as a full time Software Developer in Ad Tech on the sell side is required
Expertise with prebid optimization and advanced header bidding techniques, such as floor, timeout and bidder optimizations
Deep knowledge of Google Ad Manager and the ad tech ecosystem
