Job Description

As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation and enhancements of the D365 Supply Chain modules (Discovery, Analysis, Design, Configuration, Deployment, and initial Post Implementation support) that drive our business processes across four nationwide manufacturing and fulfillment centers. This role will lead and/or participate in Requirements definition, Fit Gap Analysis, System Design, Configuration, Testing, and Training of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive our inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, and warehouse functions. You will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to implement new and enhanced applications.

We are looking for someone with strong creative, technical skills who can handle multiple projects at once - executing projects from ideation through production. The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully conceptualizing and designing supply chain processes that drive revenue, quality, and productivity at a large scale.

Directly engage stakeholders to guide the decision-making process and keep projects moving along
Participate in all phases of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle including planning, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, data migration, test execution, and implementation of business applications
Exploring new implementation techniques, learning new implementation approaches and strive for continuous improvement
Responsible for project-related documentation, including; design specifications, application test plans, test cases, and scripts, as well as end-user and system admin guides
Provide end-user training and support
Ensure quality and timely delivery of application support to end-users
Work closely with the other application teams to ensure business systems and system implementations are supported appropriately


Must Have Skills:

- Bachelorís degree in Computer science or related field
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Deep Implementation experience of those modules: manufacturing, production control, advanced warehousing, inventory, operations, assembly management and materials management
- Supply Chain industry designation such as APICS, Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM) and Supply Chain (CSCP) is an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Knowledge of the food industry will be a plus
- Bilingualism (French - English) is an asset
