Job Description

Our client is searching for a talented and passionate Customer Engineer Engineer to help our customers make the most out of our data annotation services.

As a CSE you’re a strong technologist & roll-up-sleeves engineer who enjoys working directly with customers to solve challenging technology problems in AI.

You will partner with our most strategic customers as a technology guide through the entire customer journey from initial requirements, to the delivery of customer architectures and technology solutions.

As a part of our Customer Success team, you will focus on engaging and retaining our customers through the entire customer journey, encouraging best practice adoption of services and solutions.

You will:

• Consult with customers, designing computer vision and training data strategies
• Be a technical product expert in the technology platform
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success Managers, PMs, and Delivery teams while independently driving key initiatives
• Impact the roadmap by integrating customer feedback directly into our product
• Become an expert in the full workflow for AI training data, from data acquisition and enrichment through quality and verification
• Implement, deploy and support customer-specific solutions or integrations, if required
• Design solutions that artfully balance the symbiosis between technology and humanity

Must Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Software Engineer, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, equivalent or relevant skills learned on the job
• Development experience in Python, Ruby, or other web development/scripting languages
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization, balancing multiple challenges at once
• Comfortable with demos and presenting at any level: engineer, data scientist, executive, meetups, demos, conferences
• Ability to listen to understand customers’ needs and respond with solid technical guidance and implementation, often solving ambiguous problems
