We are looking for an Engineering Lead to organize and lead product development for our Innovation Delivery group on the Impact Services team. In this role, your most important priority is to deliver consistent high quality products to create positive customer and business outcomes for the ventures we work with.

-Helping ventures identify the hurdles they’ll face building product experiences over time
-Participating in scoping exercises during the proposal stages
-Leading software delivery teams on the iterative product development
-Working closely with Customer Success to constantly communicate progress to venture
-Collaborating deeply with venture’s software delivery teams to ensure proper integration
-Leading the architectural planning of new product offerings for ventures

Must Have Skills:

-Passionate for technology and its impact on the world. You have an insatiable interest in new applications, trends and breaking developments.
-Street smart, with the right balance of optimism and common sense. You are practical and focus on tangible results.
-A builder. You’ve had multiple experiences building mobile & web software from inception to significant customer usage.
-A leader of delivery. 2+ years of experience leading software delivery teams to achieve positive user and business outcomes.
-Design and systems thinker. You know how to create the conditions of success for your team and your peers to be productive and impactful.
-Strong organizational skills. You will need to juggle many projects and will be working with a cross-functional team.
-Independent, with limited need for supervision and self-driven to get tasks done.
-Effective written and oral communication skills. This means knowing how to write professionally and speak persuasively.
