Must Have Skills:

REQUIRED: Portfolio featuring examples of UX design, UI/ visual case studies and any examples of Product design for growth is highly valuable (please link a personal website or portfolio).

Your Responsibilities:
- Leverage your product, interaction, and visual design skills to create delightful experiences that empower learners in global markets
- Partner with product managers, content designers/ UX writers, engineers, data science, research, marketers and brand to connect the value proposition of client's core product offering to its customers
- Envision new product-led experiences based on user insights and product goals
- Able to design for multiple projects at a time, managing time, goals, and cross-functional collaboration effectively
- Create scalable user experiences across platforms and for global audiences that drive business growth
- Plan and articulate design experiments to help create an iterative approach to product-led growth design
- Employ effective use of qualitative and quantitative (metrics/ data) insights to inform design decisions
- Understand and experience in using qualitative research methods and strong collaboration with a researcher
- Ability to influence design decisions with cross-functional stakeholders and being an advocate for the customer

Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of industry experience in product design with focus on creating experiences to drive conversion via customer empathy

Preferred Qualifications:
- Use of visual design skills with a given UI pattern library
- Experience in a test-driven environment (A/B testing) to help inform design direction
- Comfort using Figma and for remote work our team is set up with Miro
- Experience designing across platforms: web and mobile responsive
- Experience designing for subscription products
- Experience designing products for a global audience, cultural sensitivity, global EQ/ IQ
- Experience in a test-driven environment (A/B testing) to help inform design direction
