We are looking for an IT Manager to work with the Global platform team.

Must Have Skills:
Expand upon the existing Infrastructure team to create a centralized IT capability for offices in Estonia, the US, and Colombia.
Take ownership and promote overall IT Strategy, IT Security, and IT Governance.
Promote the IT team internally so it is seen as the go-to for any IT Support matters.
Work with team to create documentation to provide self-help documentation, FAQ/How-To pages, etc.
Build IT processes that meet compliance, security, and regulatory expectations
Work with auditors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of our internal systems
Collaborate with different stakeholders and partners to fully understand problems and to set expectations.
Proactively, collaborate with Engineering, Platform, and external partners to determine steps toward resolution and prevention of future issues.
Comfortable with issue tracking using JIRA or similar.
Knowledge of Mac, Unix and Windows operating systems.
Previous experience with central management tools for workstations.
Demonstrates accurate and logical problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Handles multiple tasks and switches priorities as needed
