Job Description

Our client's business is growing - A LOT. In the next year they plan on doubling the size of their team. They are currently hiring a Talent Recruiter to lead all hiring efforts to achieve these growth goals. This is the first internal recruiter role in the company (and the first dedicated HR hire as well), so this is an incredible opportunity build processes and a foundation of excellence for a newfound function in our business.

Expectations:

- Lead the end-to-end hiring process of technical and commercial roles throughout the company
- Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with hiring managers
- Understanding hiring pain points, motivations, business context, and the roles required to grow
- Identify, engage, and select the best candidates for required needs
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and facilitating world-class candidate experiences
- Conduct training of hiring managers on bias, interviews and hiring process
- Facilitate in-person, video, and phone interviews
- Create processes for screening and vetting calls, short-list interviews, recap discussions, and offer processes
- Build the company brand with the local technology community as an amazing company and incredible place for people to work
- Ensure the people youíve hired have a positive impact in their new role


Must Have Skills:

- High attention to detail both with people and process
- Youíre able to pick up on nuance, ask excellent questions and plan accordingly
- You understand why the details matter when it comes to a personís experience of a service
- Passionate for taking a human-centred approach in everything you do and providing a stellar candidate experience
- Strong knowledge and no stranger to recruiting and innovative ideas of how to identify, approach and engage the best candidates
- You are highly organized and are able to capture, maintain, organize and juggle priorities in an often chaotic environment
- Have experience building high-trust relationships. Comfort with a high degree of autonomy. You set your own quality bar high


Nice to Have Skills:

- Have Amazon marketplace or ecommerce domain expertise
- Have been at a company that's scaled from $10 --> $100 million ARR in 3 years
