Job Description
We are seeks an enthusiastic, Sr. UX/UI Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to design highly important and technical web & mobile products for high growth industry. We are searching for a Sr. UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for creating all the user experience and design aspects of the Digital Solution Engineering team. This work begins with understanding the business requirements, creating a wireframe/prototype to develop a cohesive experience in our platform and increase user satisfaction. The candidate will be expected to bring extensive market experience to drive the entirety of the process, present to the stakeholders and work alongside the developers to ensure correct implementation.
As the Sr. UX/UI Designer, you'll be:
· Leading the visual styling, graphics, and layout of web & mobile products.
· Working with existing brand systems and simultaneously evolving the systems via buttons, fonts, tables, icons, and other data visualization sets.

Responsibilities
· Agile mindset, used to Scrum/Kanban models
· Raise the skill capacity in the team, by coaching through reviews and feedback
· Facilitate client's product vision by means of researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
· Propose best practices for delivering digital products, based on industry's best practices and experience
· Comfortable in working with images and translating them into fully workable designs and prototypes
· Creating wireframes in an iterative and incremental, user centric, mobile first design process
· Team player, inside IT and across departments
· Responsible for the delivery of the designs, offering guidance to the development team
