We’re building a best in class ecom platform and internal tools to better serve construction professionals and we want you to be part of it!
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects to completion, while driving project management best practices across the Engineering Org and working closely with various teams ( e.g. Eng, Product, Design, etc. ).
Your typical day includes:
Planning and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects
Effective management of project timelines, resources, deliverables, and risks
Identifying project risks and develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans
Documenting project reviews, meetings, work sessions, action-registers
Managing stakeholder expectations and contributions
Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to appropriate stakeholders
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and requirements
Working closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Sales and Data Science
Must Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management
Experience managing several projects simultaneously in an Agile organization and advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
Ability to develop project plans, manage objectives, and interact with people at all levels of the organization
A proactive, service-first approach combined with exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to present complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical audiences
Fluency in G-Suite and Atlassian ( Jira, Confluence )
Industry recognized certification in project management ( PMP, Prince2, Agile, and/or SCRUM Certification )
