They’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join the growing Analytics Squad. The squad's main focus is to support all of the company’s business units and product squads, from building ad-hoc reporting to metrics creation to forecasting and predictive insights projects. The goal is to advocate for and facilitate data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.

In this role, you will partner with data engineers and analysts. You will develop solutions that deliver trusted data. Data is critical to how they make decisions and you will play a key role in helping them continue to scale!

Must Have Skills:

- Build and own the analytics infrastructure, lead the development of data models and cloud data pipelines (Fivetran, Stitch, dbt, Looker)
- Collaborate with data engineers to build high quality data sets
- Collaborate with Analysts to develop data models that help standardize analytics products
- Provide technical leadership on data solutions that are forward looking
- Evaluate new tools, build prototypes and be an advocate for modern data solutions
- Establish best practices for data warehousing

- 2+ years experience in designing schemas and data models for use in transformation and BI tools
- 2+ years experience building ETL/ELT flows that extract data from various systems
- Comfortable leading data architecture and design discussions
- Curiosity towards experimenting with new data tools/methods and are abreast with the latest trends in data

Nice to Have Skills:

Bonus: You have 1+ years experience in delivering insights through analytics and statistical techniques
