An Integrations QA is responsible for the verification and validation of robotic automation solutions implemented by the Kindred Solutions team. As a member of the Solutions team, the successful candidate will ensure our solutions operate as designed for both our existing and future customer deployments.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Developers and Implementation specialists to deliver complex solutions in a timely fashion.
- Create and execute test plans to ensure all integrations are built to their specifications.
- Coordinate testing resources with clients and onsite team members to ensure success in production environments.
- Supervise release pipelines ensuring Solutions are delivered as expected.
- Educate Kindredís Training and Support team in new features.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with the Integrations team.
- Become a subject matter expert in the software/hardware architecture of Kindred products and how to best integrate them into customer facilities.
- Communicate new features to on site team members.


Must Have Skills:

- 3+ years experience in a QA/Release Engineer role. Extensive experience with manual testing
- 3+ years experience writing and contributing to test plans
- 1+ year experience with release management (Azure DevOps a plus)
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Previous track record of success in a client facing environment
- Ability to travel to client sites (Canada & US)
- Ability to work from the office the majority of the week


Nice to Have Skills:

- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad)
- Previous experience in the robotics and/or automotive industry
