Job Description

Sitting within the IT team and reporting to the Solutions Architect, the candidate is responsible for managing the resolution of our internally built application and providing support for system issues that arise across our various locations within Canada.

Responsibilities include improving application flow processes, handling quality assurance activities, solving technical issues, assisting customer support departments.

The Application Support candidate will require both business skills and technical IT knowledge, and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.


Must Have Skills:

Possesses specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, databases, and software.
Providing technical support to teams within the organization.
Assisting with systems integrations.
Managing ticketed query system and ensuring resolutions are kept up to date.
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
Identifying and resolving technical issues.
Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business.
Performing user acceptance testing and preparing feature release notes for staff.
Good communication skills.


Qualifications and Skills :

Knowledge with:
-C#/.NET/VB
-SQL, SQL Express
- Windows operating systems
