As a Product Manager on the Motion Platform Team you will develop intelligent robotic systems that break new ground in supply chain fulfillment, manufacturing environments and beyond.

The ideal candidate is a Product Management professional with a track record of bringing innovative products to market and a background working around or with robotics to work closely with our engineering teams

You must be passionate about robotics and have impeccable product management skills. You anchor your decisions in strategy and defend them with data, and you combine a scrappy start-up mentality with an understanding of processes.

You will be working closely with a cross-functional team of roboticists to develop platform products for a wide array of robot applications across general merchandise, logistics, and grocery. You will lead the way in developing deep internal customer insights, translating those insights to product requirements, iteratively converting product requirements into actual products, and then launching the product. In addition, the PM will provide requirements to and work closely with our software and machine-learning product managers so he/she should be able to speak their language.

Must Have Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in an innovative connected products or robotics company
- Bachelorís degree in engineering, robotics or working experience in the field
- Experience interfacing and managing a wide group particularly internal to a company
- Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; experience in data collection, model building, testing and validation
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills
- Highly-skilled at building relationships with engineering and architecture functions to ensure alignment
- Technical understanding of (or strong interest in) electronics and robotics

Nice to Have Skills:

- Experience developing products with vision or other types of sensors
- Experience with platform products
- Experience working with a SOC2 compliant SDLC
