We are looking for a talented and motivated UX / UI designer to join our growing team and help drive the continued expansion of our design and technology services.

As a UX / UI designer you will have the following key responsibilities:
● Report to the Partner and collaborate with a small design team on a variety of experience design projects.
● Lead the production of high-quality product designs across various digital channels (web, mobile, tablet, wearables etc.).
● Help lead and support the design research and discovery process on experience design projects.
● Lead the development of prototypes and facilitation of user testing workshops to capture user feedback and validate design decisions.
● Support the production of journey maps, service blueprints and other experience design deliverables.
● Prepare comprehensive design documentation and presentations for clients and internal teams.
● Deliver design presentations to ensure that clients and internal teams have a clear understanding of the user experience and the key design decisions that were made throughout the design process.
● Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the production design and product development process.
● Help drive continuous improvement of our’ design culture (best practices, tools, deliverables, relationships, etc.)

Must Have Skills:

As a UX / UI designer you should possess the following skills and accomplishments:

● 3+ years of UX / UI design experience with a focus on web and mobile.
● Strong experience and portfolio you are able to share and discuss that is ideally focused in eCommerce/mobile commerce.
● Expert at translating product vision and strategy to clean and simple user flows and interfaces.
● Expert with modern UX / UI best practices and standards on mobile and desktop.
● Expert at conducting UX / UI design research, including user research.
● Proficiency in modern UX / UI design software and tools (Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, Invision, Zeplin etc.)
● Proficiency in developing rapid prototypes for user testing.
● Proficiency in planning and facilitating user testing workshops.
● Proficiency in creating customer journey maps and service blueprints is a bonus.
● Experience working in an agile workflow, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
● Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly articulate design decisions for clients and internal teams.
● Proficiency in preparing and delivering design presentations to clients and internal teams.
● Proficiency in packaging designs for and communicating to development teams.
● Proficiency in visual QA (VQA) and playing a key role in the QA process.
● Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet expected deadlines.
● Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
