* Please note this is a Hybrid role and requires candidates to come in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in internal stakeholders workshops and develop the blue print for the best marketing automation solution. keep records of your findings and document other stages - from solutions and impacts to alternatives and final decisions.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to better manage work streams and ensure project deliverability.
- Build and configure automations, landing pages and journeys. Perform & lead user acceptance testing for the solutions built.
- Co-ordinate with any external vendors for developing the best automation solution for the clients.
- Keep the marketing automation systems running smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, the documenting fixes.
- Perform & lead user acceptance testing for any change in the set-ups.
- Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend work-arounds.
- Bridge the gap between the business strategy and technology enablers and drive value-based solutions.
Must Have Skills:
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience working on Salesforce Marketing cloud
- Proven working experience using various marketing cloud components: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder and Content Builder.
- Assisting in the solution design process with Marketing Cloud including building journeys, writing queries, building data extensions.
- Achieving high level of personalization using AMP Scripts and SSJS.
- Debugging campaign automation solutions as well as maintaining and troubleshooting in-flight solutions
- Participating in the design of marketing automation programs including Triggered Sends, Automation Studio Activities, Platform configuration, multi-channel integrations, audience segmentation, and other components needed for marketing campaigns
- Partnering with project teams to design solutions with Salesforce Connector and create data models with Sales/Service Cloud (SFSC) passing engagement data back and forth.
- Knowledge of SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques
