Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our growing Customer Experience team.

This individual will have excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. They will strive to
provide the utmost customer service experience for our end users. They will be efficient in resolving issues and
answering questions about our products and services.

Responsibilities:
● You will be the first point of contact for end users, interacting with them to provide product
information, answer questions and resolve emerging issues
● Keeping an accurate record of customer interactions, and processing any customer accounts/documents
necessary
● Gather information around customer feedback and advocate for the customers when necessary
● Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive
communication
● Identify and assess the needs of the customers by listening attentively, and providing appropriate
solutions and alternatives
● Consistently aim to provide a high-touch customer service experience by going the extra mile to
engage our customers


Must Have Skills:

Post-secondary education in healthcare is an asset

● 3-5 years’ experience in a customer support role in the healthcare industry
● Familiarity with CRM systems. Experience with Gorgias is an asset
● Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to put yourself in the shoes of others, and listen
attentively
● Ability to adapt and respond to different types of situations, challenges and characteristics
● Strong phone and email etiquette
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Ability to multitask and work under pressure, while maintaining excellent organizational skills
