Job Description

Our client is an innovative firm that operates in the CyberSecurity space. They build innovative solutions that provide cyber security and firmware lifecycle management as as service for the IoT industry. Their solutions also impact building automation, smart buildings, and smart cities!

We're in search of a Senior Solutions Architect that can combine their experience in Cloud (AWS) and Cybersecurity to help bring next gen solutions to companies that are disrupting the space. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in the cyber security market to drive adoption for their products and services while contributing to the product development lifecycle.

● Become an expert in our clients products and services
● Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers
● Manage key aspects of the sales cycle including requirements gathering, demos, proof of concept, and
product specification
● Work in collaboration with the Head of Sales and relevant sales team members to present our clients
solutions and work to close revenue-bearing deals and partnerships with customers
● Troubleshoot client problems, answer questions from customers relating to solutions, and deliver
technical enablement
● Build strong consultative relationships with individuals in customer and partner organizations to ensure
customer and partner satisfaction
● Assist with product positioning and opportunity qualification
● Develop and document technical reference architectures
● Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Operations and Professional Services during the
development, launch and continuing refinement of existing and new products
● Communicate customer requirements to our product management teams
● Provide advanced training and support to the sales team
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, technical, and competitive landscape
● Contribute to the maintenance of customer records in the CRM

Must Have Skills:

● 7+ years of experience working in an engineering, analyst, or operations role aligned with security
● Understanding / Experience with software development, cloud, and security concepts
● Experience implementing, configuring, and general support of security solutions
● Previous experience in IT focused role supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting technologies
● Ability to explain and resolve common technical aspects of SaaS software, including security, protocols
for APIs, SLAs, email/communication specifications, etc.
● Ability to see and present 'the big picture', product solutions to solve customer problems, and uncover
business challenges and develop solutions
● Strong customer facing and relationship building skills
● Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business
justification, and closing techniques
● Willingness to Travel as Required
● Location based near high technology hub in North America
● Bachelorís Degree in a relevant field
