We are looking for a Team Leader, Data Visualization & Product Design UI/UX who will report to the Analytics Manager to lead, grow and empower the analytics product designers team.
This team will contribute to transforming the analytics journey by putting forward the power of design and data visualization. You and your team will directly impact the adoption of analytics products by designing digital solutions with cutting-edge interface and data visualization practices.
In your role, you’ll significantly contribute to influencing and guiding business questions through effective digital product design and insightful visualizations. You’ll be part of the analytics team, which is central in steering the operational and strategic activities of the company.
You will:
•Develop data visualization expertise within the group of product designers.
•Coach and design the layout and structure of analytics digital solutions supported by domain best practices to maximize user adoption.
•Optimize and discover new design solutions for the current wallet of dashboards, reports, scorecards and web applications.
•Collaborate with stakeholders, including VPs and EVPs, to provide support and advice on various data presentation related issues.
•Identify continuous improvement opportunities with respect to the analytics visualization tool box and guidelines.
•Contribute to maintaining and socializing the Design System throughout the analytics community.

•Willing to spread an innovative and collaborative culture mindset.
•In-depth experience in data visualization best practices and essential graphics theory.
•In-depth experience in gathering and interpreting business requirements to design and create interactive reports.
•Experience with Interaction Design, User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), User Flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications.
•Determined to unify force and capabilities to develop added value analytics products that follow robust internal development processes to quickly and efficiently deliver value.
•Highly motivated to work in an agile open team environment, putting forward continuous improvements, and where trust is a fundamental pillar.
•Demonstrated experience in hands-on analytics product designing and data visualization.
