What you’ll be working on:
We are currently recruiting for an interesting and challenging role to join our internal Business team. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager /Business Relationship manager who will be driving initiatives, managing multi-team internal projects and liaising with external vendors to improve relations and to negotiate contracts. The position is targeted at motivated and detail-oriented professionals that are excited to work in a fast-paced environment supporting high-tech financial trading.
•Establishing business requirements for external products and services consumed by various research and trading teams across the department;
•Liaising with key vendors, financial exchanges, and industry participants to build knowledge of industry developments and of new product and services;
•Effectively managing a large portfolio of external contacts and business commitments with high attention to details and a discrete attitude
•Reviewing internal cost allocations and overall usage of all contracted products and services;
•Monitoring, analyzing and detailing opportunities for increased income-generation, cost efficiencies, and resource optimization across departments;
•Effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities
•Liaise with suppliers and vendors for market awareness and resolving invoicing issues.
•Developing and implementing business processes for use across the department;
•Effectively planning and executing complex multi-team projects and initiatives under strict time constraints;
•Analyze and proactively identify areas of improvement in our setups related to vendor and exchange connectivity in respect of performance, content and cost
•Facilitating inter-team communication and fostering transparency across the department.

•Interest in financial markets and electronic trading technologies
•Track record of successful delivery of projects
•Eagerness to work on something new every day
Technical Skills:
•Excellent spoken and written English
•Bachelor or Master’s degree in business or related field
•3+ years of experience in a similar role
•Advanced understanding of project management approaches and tools as well as structured planning is a must
•Track record of successful delivery of projects
•Experience in financial services, with a preference for capital markets or trading systems experience
•Candidates should be able to make business decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company
•Experience in contract administration and negotiation is valued.
•Experience in the Telecom industry is considered a strong asset
