Job Description

We are a diversified team with great culture and a passion for excelling. We are looking for an experienced senior IT staff who can lead the team, and bring value by contributing to the overall tech stack and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead IT team and cross-functional collaborations;
Support business acquisition by system integration and migration, including but not limited to the email system (M365 or Google Workspace), phone system, firewall, etc
Be responsible for critical IT projects, and oversee the end-to-end process, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget;
Collaborate with local management and department leaders to assess near and long-term technology needs;
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues;
Analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems;
Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to system configurations, mapping, processes, and service records;
Stay current with new technologies and best practices in the IT field to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.


Remote base: with Occasional US travel for client visits.


Must Have Skills:

At least eight years of experience in helpdesk, technical support, and IT project;
Team management experience is highly desirable;
Experience with IT security, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection and prevention;
Strong knowledge of software operating systems, as well as various software applications (phone system, SMS system etc.)
Experience with designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise information technology applications, including but not limited to VOIP systems, networks, MDM (Modern device management), RMM (remote monitoring system);
Proven ability to analyze current information systems and make enhancements to increase their effectiveness;
Understanding of security solutions such as SSO, Oauth, and Encryption;
Developing process flow diagrams and systems documentation.
