Job Description
IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST

Some of the things you'll be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Running customer discovery, research documentation, and customer guidance
- Participating in design sessions with their customer's Human Resource and/or Talent Acquisition team to better understand their business needs and map them to functional requirements in their clients project
- Collaborating with the end client to determine the feasibility of requirements or generating alternate options as well as to plan sprints
- Creating user-stories using JIRA to lead to customer scope approval, and managing content of JIRA boards for all tasks, bugs, and configurations to be executed
- Becoming a trusted and functional expert guide for the end client to train customers in all the ins-and-outs of the platform
- Demo the solution functionalities and train the end clients team
- Ensuring quality of deliverables and that the project execution is aligned with business objectives
Must Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience working daily with an HRIS and/or an ATS
- Experience in technology implementation
- Understanding of HR processes and HR Data Management in a large organization
- The initiative to take on tough tasks with a sense of urgency and engagement
- Actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged
- Ability to address difficult issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english
