Job Description

What you’ll be doing
•Drive discovery and design sessions with the customer’s Human Resources / Talent Acquisition team to understand their business needs and map them to functional requirements.
•Recommend future state workflow with the implementation of various solutions as well as change management activities.
•Be the customer’s trusted advisor on business process evolution to drive robust outcomes and operational efficiency.
•Collaborate with the talented Technical team to determine the feasibility of requirements or generate alternate options as well as to plan sprints.
•Demo the solution functionalities and train the customer’s team.
•Ensure the quality of deliverables and that project execution is aligned with business objectives.
Must Have Skills:
•Experience working as a technology implementation consultant with +3 customers go-live under your belt.
•2+ years of experience working daily with an HRIS or an ATS.
•Understanding of HR Processes and HR Data Management in a large organization.
•Initiative to take on tough tasks with a sense of urgency and engagement.
•Agility to actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged.
•Courage to address difficult issues and say what needs to be said.
