The Jr. Hardware Technician, a member of the Global Hardware Services team, provides hardware provisioning and testing, lab management and safety services, test setup design and implementation, test setup maintenance, and troubleshooting support to the NX team.
What you will do:
•Ensure that all Quality Control tests are conducted
•Keep all Quality Control procedures up to date to reflect the latest hardware technical improvements
•Aim for continuous improvement of our hardware provisioning and testing services
•Ensure that all field returned hardware is promptly and properly analyzed and with all defects and issues properly documented in Wrike
•RMA procedures and provide continuous updates via Wrike
•Communicate with external vendors and suppliers
•Assist in the development, implementation, of documentation that details the services of the Global Hardware Services
•Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the team space in Wrike and SharePoint
•Enforce and execute safety and organizational policies for the different labs
•Communicate with NX stakeholders for implementation and maintenance of test setups
•Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the software tools, processes, and inventory management

Must Have Skills:
•Diploma in Technical programs such as Computer Technology, Electrical Technology, or related fields.
•Extensive experience in computer and networking hardware solutions.
•Familiarity with Radio Frequency theory and wireless technology is a plus.
•Adaptable mindset for success in a fast-changing environment and the ability to work under pressure.
•Self-sufficiency and the capability to work with minimal supervision.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and effective organizational and time management abilities.
•International experience and the capacity to collaborate with diverse cultures.
•Analytical skills to break down complex hardware problems, projects, or tasks into manageable and measurable steps for consistent results.
•Hands-on experience with electrical measuring instruments and manual work involving tools.
