Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Project manager who is also able to take on Scrum Master responsibilities within our development
team. This dual role is essential in our agile and fast-paced SaaS environment.
Must Have Skills:
• Oversee and execute multiple business and technology projects, ensuring
alignment with business goals, high-quality outcomes, and adherence to budget and schedule
constraints.
• Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders and drive project efforts from
conception through to successful implementation.
• Lead projects of varying complexities under the direction of senior management,
with a sharp focus on achieving project deliverables within the specified parameters.
• Foster adherence to project management principles while managing resources,
budgets, and risks to ensure efficient, cost-effective project delivery.
• Engage effectively with SMEs and project participants, maintaining high
involvement and clear expectations.
• Navigate project challenges by understanding the nuances of business needs,
technical implications, and user requirements.
• Implement rigorous QA protocols for pre and post-software release, including
thorough testing and validation processes.
• Maintain diligent oversight of the project lifecycle, ensuring release documentation
is current and detailed.

Nice to Have Skills:
University or College credentials in Software Engineering, Computer Science,
Business, or related fields; PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management with IT systems emphasis
(infrastructure, architecture, web development, IT security).
• Additional experience in managing projects related to IT facilities, data
warehouses, and analytics platforms is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Business Analysis practices, familiarity with
PMLC, SDLC (including Agile methodologies), JIRA, and Zephyr.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and business
personnel.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational talents, with a proven ability to juggle
multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Independent work ethic combined with team collaboration capabilities.
• Knowledge in data technologies and tools such as SQL and Power BI is beneficial.
• Prior experience in professional services or service delivery is favorable.
