With a team of passionate individuals and an innovative service, they are now seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to help deliver an amazing app to the world.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in facilitating the integration and maintenance of our application with various CRM and ERP systems used by our accounts. Working closely with our sales and development teams, you will analyze client requirements, identify integration opportunities, and design solutions that align with both technical specifications and business objectives. This role requires expertise in RESTful APIs, SQL, as well as proficiency in a range of middleware and microservices tools.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and assess integration needs.
Conduct meetings and workshops with client accounts to gather requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and propose optimal integration solutions.
Architect and design integration solutions leveraging RESTful APIs, SQL, and various middleware/microservices tools such as Zapier, Logic Apps, and mail parsers.
Develop proof-of-concept integrations to validate proposed solutions and demonstrate feasibility to clients.
Coordinate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of integration solutions, including data mapping, transformation, validation and error reporting and logging.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the integration process, including troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to CRM/ERP integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions.
Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and documentation related to integration architecture and best practices.
Must Have Skills:
Proven experience (3+ years) working with data integration of CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and data integration principles.
Experience with middleware and microservices tools such as Zapier, Logic Apps, and mail parsers.
Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions such as UiPath and Power Automate is considered an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as required.
