Job Description

Our client is a Calgary start-up success story, revolutionizing the real estate experience with their robust home concierge products. They are driven by their vision of creating happier and more connected communities where everyone loves where they live. With a team of passionate individuals and an innovative service, and looking to hire a Product Manager as we enter our next stage of organizational growth. This role would be reporting into the CTO and having cross collaboration across multiple teams.

The scope of work you can expect:

Account Onboarding: Design and optimize account onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition to our products. Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support during the initial adaptation period.
Feedback Integration: Act as the primary liaison between key accounts and the product development teams. Collect, analyze, and integrate customer feedback to enhance product functionality and user satisfaction.
Project Management: Lead project-based initiatives tailored to customer needs that promote deeper integration and utilization of our products. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and accounts success teams to align product capabilities with customer expectations and needs.
Strategic Account Management: Engage with key accounts to understand their business objectives and how our product can better support their goals. Provide strategic guidance and support to maximize product value.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on the success of onboarding processes and project initiatives. Use data analytics to inform product strategy and customer retention efforts.

Must Have Skills:

3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B tech environment, or in perfect world B2B2C environment
Strong project management skills and experience managing large, complex projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into actionable product improvements.
Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive decisions.
Experience with CRM and project management tools.


Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in New Construction, Mortgage, Insurance or Realty industries
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum)
