Our client seeks an experienced, adaptable and motivated Senior Executive Assistant to provide support to both the CTO and CPO.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Manage complex day-to-day correspondence, calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and scheduling for their CTO and CPO based on communicated priorities
- Manage event logistics for R&D related programming, including accommodations, travel, venues, IT support, and catering for up to 500 people
- Manage the company’s R&D calendar, planning logistics for key milestones and initiatives in advance
- Work collaboratively with cross-team EAs to help move the business forward
- Coordinate calendars and logistics for internal and external meetings (ex. team meetings, off-sites, kickoffs, yearly and quarterly planning, etc)
- Assist with organizing and maintaining information libraries and communication channels
- Effectively interface with employees across the company
- Be ready and willing to get involved in special initiatives and projects, such as even planning, drafting internal communications, team and individual recognition, etc.
- Free up capacity for CTO and CPO as needed and be a support for the R&D leadership team


Must Have Skills:

- Previous experience in executive administration, ideally in a fast-paced and innovative environment
- Skillful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills; ability to build a personal network throughout the company and with external partners as needed
- Strong oral and written communication; ability to communicate clearly and effective with senior leaders and external partners
- Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs; with proactive follow-through
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Experience with tools such as Slack, Glean, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and/or Notion is an asset, though not a hard requirement
