About the role:
We are seeking Revenue Operations Manager. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth through the creation and execution of strategic marketing campaigns, meticulous monitoring of campaign analytics, and effective management of Sales Development Representative (SDR) initiatives.
Additionally, you’ll play a critical role in managing the Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) life journey and optimizing account distribution for maximum sales effectiveness and have an eye on the overall operations of the business’s alignment to the customer journey.
Technology & Systems Management:
•Own the marketing and sales technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
•Implement and manage tools that improve marketing capabilities, such as lead scoring, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
•Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems to support precise reporting and decision-making.
Email and LinkedIn Campaign Strategy and Management:
•Develop and execute targeted email campaigns for Prevu3D solutions.
•Design and implement email workflows, templates, and content.
•Utilize marketing automation tools for scheduling and personalization.
•Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies for better results.
SDR Campaign Management:
•Collaborate with the SDR team on outbound prospecting campaigns.
•Offer guidance on strategies, messaging, and audience segmentation.
•Track SDR performance, offer coaching, and implement process improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
•Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email and SDR campaigns, lead progression, and revenue generation.
•Generate regular reports and insights for stakeholders, highlighting campaign effectiveness, ROI, and areas for optimization.
•Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
•Provide leadership with clear visibility into marketing and sales performance and impact.
Customer Journey Management:
•Define and improve the journey from lead qualification to sales handoff.
•Establish and implement lead scoring and qualification standards to prioritize valuable opportunities.
•Coordinate with marketing and sales for smooth lead transitions and alignment.
Account Distribution Optimization:
•Work with sales leadership to develop and implement account distribution strategies that maximize sales coverage and revenue potential.
•Analyze account performance metrics, territory assignments, and sales capacity to optimize resource allocation and drive growth.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account-based marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Must Have Skills:
•5+ years of experience in revenue operations, email marketing, and SDR management.
•Expert in CRM systems specifically HubSpot
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive actionable recommendations.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
•Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
