They are looking for a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between sales and engineering, ensuring seamless pre-sales technical support and post-sales solution implementation. Reporting to
the CTO, in this role, you will be the technical expert during sales pitches, helping potential clients understand the feasibility and impact of our solutions. After closing a deal, you will collaborate closely with our engineering team to build out custom integrations, ensuring each implementation is tailored to the client's needs.

This role also involves sourcing and aggregating data from multiple public sources to support features promised during the sales process. Since no two integrations are the same, you must be adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Pre-Sales Support
• Act as the technical expert in sales meetings, explaining product capabilities, integrations, and implementation requirements.
• Collaborate with account executives to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Work with the engineering team to validate technical feasibility and scope custom solutions.

Post-Sales Implementation
• Own the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth and efficient setup.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement and customize solutions based on client requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during the implementation phase, ensuring client Success.


Data Sourcing & Integration
• Research, source, and integrate data from public sources to support product features and client requirements.
• Work with internal teams to refine and structure data for optimal use in our solutions.
• Identify new data sources that can enhance product offerings and improve customer outcomes.

Continuous Improvement
• Document integration processes and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance future implementations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technical advancements, and best practices to better support sales and implementation efforts.


Must Have Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or implementation role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and public data sourcing.
• Experience with SQL, scripting, or other data-related skills is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where each client’s
integration is unique.

PLEASE NOTE - We are an in-office environment and our team is here 5x/week. (Located in heart of Downtown Calgary)
