Job Description

We are looking for a Support Engineer with a strong understanding of embedded systems, hardware components, and PCB assembly. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to provide technical support, and the capability to bridge the gap between clients and the engineering team. Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for embedded hardware and software-related queries.
• Explain embedded systems, hardware components, and PCB assembly processes to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in hardware assembly, PCB soldering, and component integration for IoT and embedded devices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide insights from client feedback and help refine product designs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and end-users.
• Assist in testing and validation of embedded hardware before deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and support guides for clients and internal use.


Must Have Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in PCB assembly, soldering, and hardware integration.
• Understanding of embedded software and hardware (microcontrollers, sensors, communication protocols).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware-related issues.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients and team members.
• Familiarity with basic embedded programming and debugging tools is a plus.
• Experience with technical documentation and support ticketing systems.


Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of IoT devices and wireless communication protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee).
• Hands-on experience with hardware testing tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers).
