Job Description

Our client is seeking a marketing professional who is adept at tactical execution of various marketing tasks, and is looking to grow in a role that supports their strategic goal of applying technology to enhance learning and communication, improving the outcomes of high-performing individuals and teams.

This Marketing Specialist will be part of the our client's global marketing team, working with specialists in campaign creation, automation, analytics, content creation, design and events to:
Lead the tactical execution and implementation of strategic marketing plans to drive inbound leads and growth in target markets in the US, Canada and Europe.
Communicate brand value proposition to target personas ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations.
Create and deliver engaging customer campaigns and sales collateral, tools, and content for the sales team.
Execute digital marketing, social media, email, and PR campaigns to drive interest and sales leads.
Support planning, development, and implementation of pre- and post-show marketing campaigns for events.
Collaborate with paid search and SEO specialists.
Contribute writing skills to content creation.
Analyze and provide insight on campaign performance to determine how campaigns are performing, with recommendations to optimize as required.

*Flexibility to travel in support of meetings or events is preferred.


Must Have Skills:

5+ years of Marketing experience, ideally in a B2B organization and/or in the technology industry.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or proven experience in a Marketing role.
Proven success in delivering multi-channel demand and lead generation marketing campaigns.
Experience in planning and organizing events, trade shows would be desirable.
Experience in content and digital marketing.
Understanding of tactical execution of marketing campaigns. Experience in using marketing automation platforms to execute marketing campaigns, including creating. mass emails, landing pages and. Experience with Pardot is preferred, as using the platform will be part of this role’s responsibilities.


Nice to Have Skills:

Strong communication and project coordination skills, able to build rapport with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers globally.
Interest in analytics, examining data and campaign performance with our automation team and adjusting for success.
Their marketing works highly collaboratively to drive home the importance of investing in digital solutions. Be a team player, ideally possessing a strong interest in technology.
Willingness to travel as part of this role as required, and flexibility to attend calls/meetings across different time zones as needed.
