We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong technical background and a proven track record of progressive leadership. In this role, you will help define technical
standards, shape the overall architecture, and drive engineering best practices. You’ll lead the team in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business
objectives—while remaining hands-on (approximately 50% of your time) in tackling complex technical challenges.


Key Responsibilities
● Serve as both a strong technical contributor and effective people leader within a product-focused engineering domain.
● Contribute to long-term engineering strategy development and translate it into actionable roadmaps and plans.
● Participate in and guide technical design decisions, ensuring architectural soundness and scalability.
● Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Operations, Risk).
● Help drive the creation, planning, and execution of engineering roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
● Report on development progress, quality, operations, and system performance to senior leadership.
● Build and develop a high-performing engineering team through mentorship, coaching, and structured growth opportunities. Establish clear team goals, set expectations, and use metrics to measure performance and impact.
● Champion engineering and operational excellence through continuous learning and best practices.


Must Have Skills:

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
● At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in a people manager or technical leadership role.
● Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with software development and coding (PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript, and SQL).
● Excellent critical thinking skills and strategic thinker with a holistic understanding of business, product, and engineering challenges.
● Strong technical and business judgment with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Clear and effective communicator with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
● Detail-oriented with a calm, thoughtful approach to complex problems.
● Proven track record of leading and supporting high-performing technical teams
