The Senior Director, Product Operations will build and scale the product operations function to streamline execution and enhance team efficiency. In this role, you will define and operationalize frameworks, tools and reporting systems to ensure that our product team delivers with speed, quality and alignment to strategic goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
● Define, implement, and manage robust product operating cadences, including roadmap planning, release cycles, and portfolio governance.
● Design, refine, and institutionalize product lifecycle framework and processes that drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
● Define product quality and performance standards, and implement monitoring systems to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
● Act as the primary change‑agent to drive process optimization, standardization, and automation across the product team.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable alignment and integration; maintain a product feedback loop.
● Develop and lead training/onboarding to build product operations capability.
Must Have Skills:
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
● At least 7 years of experience in product operations, product management or related roles involving product and engineering teams.
● Strong ability to create a scalable, sustainable operating mechanism to enable the Product team to run efficiently and focus on the right outcomes.
● Strong program and project management skills.
● Solid experience designing, evaluating, implementing, and optimizing product systems/tools (e.g., road mapping, analytics, agile tooling, feedback tools).
● Ability to dig deep into the data, analyzing user feedback and using these insights to drive improvements.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
