Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions design and deployment.
Focus on scalability, performance, and real-world applicability.
Lead design and implementation of AI architectures using AWS or GCP.
Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to translate client goals into actionable AI solution designs.
Stay current on foundational models, vector search advancements, and GenAI frameworks.
Promote responsible AI practices including data governance, privacy, transparency, and fairness.
Facilitate technical discovery workshops with clients to uncover high-value AI opportunities and define clear, actionable delivery roadmaps.
Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Must Have Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS or GCP preferred).
Proven expertise with:
Amazon Bedrock
Google Vertex AI
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Haystack, Ray, Airflow, MLflow)
Familiarity with popular ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring tools is preferred
Exposure to data lakes, real-time streaming systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub), and batch ETL pipelines is preferred
Demonstrated success in delivering AI solutions within client-facing roles in consulting or professional services environments.
Skilled in leading discovery sessions and effectively communicating AI architectures and technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and experience designing AI solutions within such constraints is an asset.
