The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Sales Development to own and scale pipeline generation across both inside sales and enterprise segments.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build, optimize, and scale mandate.
Reporting directly to the CMO, you will have full ownership of top-of-funnel strategy and execution, with responsibility for leading and developing a high-performing SDR/BDR organization.
The demand is already there.
The focus now is building a more structured, enterprise-ready pipeline engine.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Building and scaling inbound SDR and outbound BDR functions across SMB and enterprise segments
* Designing and implementing enterprise outbound playbooks, including segmentation, messaging, and targeting strategies
* Establishing performance frameworks, KPIs, and coaching cadence to drive consistent pipeline generation
* Optimizing tools, workflows, and automation across the SDR tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, etc.)
* Partnering closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to align on campaign strategy, lead quality, and conversion
* Driving a data-first approach to pipeline generation, continuously improving conversion rates and funnel performance
* Developing the next generation of sales talent through structured coaching and career progression

Compensation
* OTE: $220,000 – $260,000 CAD
* Remote-first (USA or Canada)
Must Have Skills:
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of experience leading Sales Development / Business Development teams in a B2B SaaS environment
* Proven track record of building and scaling SDR/BDR functions, not just managing existing teams
* Experience owning or contributing directly to pipeline generation targets, ideally across both inbound and outbound
* Strong understanding of enterprise outbound motion, including account-based approaches and multi-threading
* Data-driven operator with clear ownership over KPIs, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance
* Experience with modern sales tooling and a strong interest in leveraging AI to improve efficiency and outcomes
* Hands-on leader who can operate at both the strategic and execution level
