Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide development, production
support and operational maintenance for a platform integration deployed within our
client's private cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on code development and
maintenance, investigating production issues, supporting network and certificate-related
activities, and maintaining integrations built across platforms such as Microsoft Bot
Framework, Salesforce Einstein/Agentforce, Google Dialog-flow and Node.js
technologies + LLM autonomous Agent Builders
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents using documented procedures
and automated diagnostic tools.
Analyze application, API, and infrastructure logs to identify root causes and
recommend resolutions.
Support platform custom adapter applications and related messaging workflows.
Undertake code development for data ingestion/translation and masking services
Monitor and troubleshoot network-related issues involving VMs, IP addresses,
DNS resolution, and connectivity.
Assist with certificate management activities, including planned certificate
renewals and validations.
Collaborate with Client Infrastructure, DevOps, and Microsoft support teams
during incident resolution.
Support integrations with client's custom APIs and validate API responses and
status codes.
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, code reviews, and operational
readiness activities.
Must Have Skills:
Required Technical Skills
Strong understanding of:
Virtual Machines (VMs), IP networking, DNS resolution, and network architecture
Code Development/scripting on Python/ Pandas package, associated
technologies
Production support and incident troubleshooting
Certificate management and SSL/TLS concepts; ssh, vim, JSON-validations
Native HTML/CSS/JS web-application
REST APIs and API troubleshooting
Log analysis and root cause investigation
Experience with:
Node.js server-side applications
Microsoft Bot Framework/SF Einstein/Google Dialog flow and other autonomous
AI agent builders
Microsoft Teams integrations and messaging platforms
Event-driven application architectures
Working with Azure code repos/Environments and LLM models
Working with Amazon S3/DynamoDB and other DBs
Nice to Have Skills:
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise applications deployed in regulated
environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft/AWS/Google cloud services and support processes.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure,
DevOps, and Vendor Support organizations.
Strong documentation review and operational support skills.
